You can delete your Tuyo account by going into:

‘Settings > Keys & Security > Delete account & data’

This is a non-reversible action as it will completely delete your private key from your device and all funds in the account currently or in the future will not be recoverable.

Please be sure that you want to delete your account as we will not be able to help recover it under any circunstances.

Deleting your account will also delete your account from all of Tuyo’s providers so it will:

• Cancel your Tuyo Card
• Cancel your virtual bank account numbers

As Tuyo is a financial product, all your provided KYC information might be kept by Tuyo and/or our providers for up to 5 years for regulatory reasons.
